The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Niska changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pain tries to avoid it but Niska manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pain to the ground. Pain escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Niska thows a body shot but no joy.
Niska shoots in and gets a takedown into Pain's guard.
Niska must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
