Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cain Vitali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emanoel Moreno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Vitali might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Cain's entrance theme. Emanoel Moreno is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moreno misses with a two punch combination.
Vitali misses with a double jab.
Vitali scores with a nice head shot.

Vitali moves into the clinch.

Vitali's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Moreno fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Cain Vitali seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Moreno tries to close the distance and clinch but Vitali swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The crowd cheers as Vitali lands an impressive looking overhand right. Moreno doesn't seem phased though.

Moreno shoots in looking for a takedown but Vitali manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Moreno's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Cain Vitali has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Emanoel Moreno.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Moreno shoots for a double leg takedown but Vitali sprawls well. He's pushed Moreno's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Vitali lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Moreno circles away quickly and effectively.
Moreno takes a body punch but keeps moving.
A jab from Vitali finds it's way through Moreno's defenses.
Moreno tries to score a power double leg takedown but Vitali sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Moreno somewhat.
Vitali connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Moreno stuns Vitali with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Vitali lands the left hand.

Moreno closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Vitali quickly recovers to half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
