The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith darts in and clinches Puppet up against the cage.
Smith breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Smith clinches up against the cage.
Puppet is trying to break free.
Puppet could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Smith tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Puppet tries to pull guard but Smith holds him up against the cage and eventually Puppet drops back down to his feet.
Smith lands a body punch.
Smith breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Smith looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Smith.
Smith advances nicely into full mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Puppet really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
A nice elbow there by Smith.
Puppet is rocked!

Smith lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Puppet! Smith sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Puppet and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
