Steele kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Lil Wayne-Drop the World. Damo Bodhidharma has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Ben Steele's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steele throws a combination. Bodhidharma tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like Damo Bodhidharma has been cut.
Bodhidharma avoids a punch combination nicely.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Steele shoots for a takedown but Bodhidharma saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
A telegraphed right hand from Bodhidharma misses the target.
Some wild striking there from Steele.
Bodhidharma misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Steele closes the distance and clinches up with Bodhidharma, looking for a takedown. Steele pushes Bodhidharma against the cage but Bodhidharma circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Bodhidharma connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Bodhidharma throws a right and a left that both miss.
Steele looks to land a combination but Bodhidharma avoids it well.
Bodhidharma scores with a one two! Steele had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Steele shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bodhidharma as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ben Steele. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Bodhidharma tries to bum rush Steele with a series of wild strikes but Steele uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bodhidharma throws a right and a left that both miss.

Steele takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Bodhidharma misses with a few strikes there.
Steele looks for a takedown but Bodhidharma sprawls well.
Bodhidharma keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Steele takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Steele crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Bodhidharma - the referee stops the clock and Steele gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Bodhidharma. Steele manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
The fighters circle, before Bodhidharma throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Steele's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Bodhidharma lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
