Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kobe Bryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johan Blick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kobe Bryan is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blick throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bryan's waist but Bryan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Blick off to one side.
Bryan keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Blick pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Blick is looking to clinch but Bryan is avoiding it.
Blick misses with a wild body shot.
A cross from Bryan lands.
Blick lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bryan circles away quickly and effectively.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Blick lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bryan has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bryan and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Blick fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bryan sprawls well initially but Blick persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Bryan wants to control but Blick is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Blick thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Blick passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Bryan!

Blick swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Bryan is now in Blick's guard. A big mistake from Blick there, giving up the dominant position!

Bryan seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Blick for as long as he can get away with.

Nice uppercut lands for Blick. That snapped Bryan's head back.
Blick tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Bryan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Bryan stuns Blick with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Bryan fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Blick looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Blick shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Blick showed some decent athleticism there.

Bryan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Blick sprawls well. Blick wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bryan gets slowly back to his feet.

Blick throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Blick shoots in looking for a takedown. Bryan tries to sprawl out of it but Blick keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bryan manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Bryan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Blick manages to avoid it.
Blick doesn't manage to clinch there - Bryan circles away.
Bryan comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Blick throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Bryan is looking to wear down Blick with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Blick tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Horrible takedown by Bryan or perhaps it was just good defense by Blick which made him look bad.

Bryan has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Blick is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Bryan.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Kobe Bryan.
I think Blick has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
