The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Igor Prikhodko and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Podogo blocks the body kick.
Podogo shoots in looking for a takedown. Fuuhaku tries to sprawl out of it but Podogo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fuuhaku manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Fuuhaku scores with a nice right hand.
Fuuhaku checks a low kick from Podogo.
Fuuhaku throws a leg kick but Podogo sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Podogo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fuuhaku swivels and escapes.
Fuuhaku goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

and Podogo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Some bone on bone action there as Podogo checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Fuuhaku fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Podogo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Fuuhaku lands a nice shot that snaps Podogo's head back.
Fuuhaku pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
A nice leg kick lands there from Podogo.
Podogo checks the leg kick nicely there.
Fuuhaku's jab looks to have found its range, popping Podogo under the eye.
Podogo shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fuuhaku pinned against the cage. Fuuhaku gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Tessenji Fuuhaku has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leandro Podogo.
Podogo bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Podogo trying to control the position but instead, Fuuhaku has worked for underhooks and has pushed Podogo into the cage.

Fuuhaku using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Podogo has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Fuuhaku fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Podogo manages to avoid it.
Good leg kick by Podogo there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Fuuhaku is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Fuuhaku ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Fuuhaku tries to work over Podogo's front leg with a kick but Podogo checks it.

Fuuhaku lands a really nice looking cross but Podogo seems unphased.
Podogo is still on wobbly legs! Can Fuuhaku finish him?
Fuuhaku throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Podogo crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
