Wechsel comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Faith No More - The Morning After kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wechsel displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Faure.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Wechsel pushes Faure off looking to stand but Faure dives back in and keeps control.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Wechsel throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Faure shoots in for a takedown but Wechsel shows good takedown defense.
Faure dives in and grabs Wechsel's left leg, looking for a takedown. Wechsel pushes down on Faure's head and hops out.

Faure dips to his left and cracks Wechsel with an uppercut!

Wechsel feints and then cracks Faure's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Faure down.

Faure shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Wechsel is trying to defend but Faure finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Faure is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Wechsel is just riding it out for now. Faure eventually gives up the hold.
