The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzaga fails with the takedown
and Kim counters with a one-two to the body.
Gonzaga avoids the head kick by Kim.
Kim buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Gonzaga takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Kim throws a head kick but Gonzaga moves out of range.
Gonzaga on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Gonzaga is rocked!
Kim lands a left and a right that send Gonzaga crashing to the mat, dazed. Kim thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Gonzaga is still on wobbly legs! Can Kim finish him?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Kim throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Gonzaga is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
