Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joseph Monferrand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Camillo Samcjez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joseph Monferrand!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Camillo Samcjez!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monferrand avoids the head kick by Samcjez.
Monferrand will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Monferrand misses with a few strikes there.
Monferrand ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Monferrand moves out of range as Samcjez throws a body kick.
Monferrand tries to score a power double leg takedown but Samcjez sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Monferrand somewhat.
Monferrand misses with a takedown
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joseph Monferrand. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Samcjez closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.

Samcjez is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes.
Monferrand is trying to force a seperation but Samcjez has the dominant position.

Samcjez pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Samcjez throws a head kick that misses.
Samcjez connects with a body shot.
Monferrand shoots for a double leg takedown but Samcjez sprawls well. He's pushed Monferrand's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Monferrand has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Samcjez manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Samcjez throws a big shot that misses.
Samcjez tries to close the distance and clinch up but Monferrand swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Monferrand missing with a left hand there. Samcjez was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Monferrand doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Samcjez looks to land a left hand but Monferrand moved out of range nicely.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Samcjez enables Monferrand to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Samcjez manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Monferrand wants to get up but he can't break Samcjez's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Monferrand stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Samcjez throws a low kick, looking for Monferrand's leg but Monferrand calmly moves out of range.
Monferrand shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Samcjez as he avoids it easily.

Monferrand shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Monferrand breaks from Samcjez's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Monferrand lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Samcjez defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Monferrand.
Whack. That's a big, big shot from Monferrand! Samcjez is out cold! This one is all over!
