Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Howard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lesnar has chosen Oildale-Korn as his entrance music. John Howard has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, John Howard!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Randy Lesnar!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Alec Ball and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Howard tries to bum rush Lesnar with a series of wild strikes but Lesnar uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Lesnar is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Howard's half guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Howard lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Lesnar!

Howard swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Lesnar is now in Howard's guard. A big mistake from Howard there, giving up the dominant position!
Lesnar stands and throws Howard's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Lesnar misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Howard is looking to reverse the position.
Randy Lesnar has got the better of the ground game so far.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Howard is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lesnar is just riding it out for now. Howard eventually gives up the hold.
Lesnar has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Howard is working away from the top position though.
Lesnar might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Howard kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Howard is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Lesnar has his hands clasped together but Howard extends an breaks Lesnar's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Howard.
