Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Javier Cabollaro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Istvan Schaviel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schaviel has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cabollaro bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Schaviel looks gassed!
Cabollaro looking to control but instead Schaviel has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard.

Cabollaro stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Schaviel to get to his feet.
Javier Cabollaro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Cabollaro shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Cabollaro showed some decent athleticism there.
Cabollaro has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Schaviel wants to try and get back to his feet.

Cabollaro gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Cabollaro clinches up with Schaviel and pushes him back against the ropes.
Cabollaro tries to land knees in the clinch but Schaviel avoids the damage to the body.

Cabollaro closes the distance and lands a one-two.

It looks like Istvan Schaviel has been cut.
