Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Blues (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fatso Bomber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blues's entrance music is Soul Man. A fine choice. Bomber is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: The Champ. Fatso Bomber has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jake Blues's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bomber tries for a takedown but Blues circles away easily and Blues counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Bomber's guard now. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Blues with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Blues has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Blues sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bomber's guard. Blues seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Blues working the head and body with strikes. Bomber gets back to full guard.
Blues postures up in Bomber's guard and throws a big left but Bomber blocks it. Blues pushes down on Bomber's leg and manages to get into half guard. Blues landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Blues winds up and cracks Bomber with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Bomber is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Blues scores with a couple of nice shots. Blues working over Bomber with some ground and pound. Bomber looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
That's one minute gone in the round. Blues seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bomber does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Blues passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Bomber! Bomber is bucking up trying to escape but Blues cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Bomber is rocked! Blues postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Bomber bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Blues and the fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jake Blues! Jake Blues bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
