The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Angle throws a right and a left that both miss.
Bobandy fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Angle shoots in for a takedown but Bobandy shows good takedown defense.
Bobandy slow jab from Angle misses its intended target.

The fight stays on the outside here - Angle looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

and Angle counters with a single leg into guard. Bobandy didn't expect that.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bobandy is on top in guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bobandy is pushing down on Angle's leg trying to pass to half guard. Angle is fighting to maintain full guard but Bobandy has managed to sneak the leg through.

Angle should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Angle shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Bobandy fakes the body blow, causing Angle to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Angle goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
