The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Estima tries to clinch there but Leikvold circles away.
Estima closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Leikvold did well to prevent Estima getting side control.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Estima not doing much here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Estima tries to pass the half guard into mount. Leikvold knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Leikvold is looking to control Estima's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Leikvold avoid being mounted?
Leikvold is looking for a sweep. Estima is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Estima is controlling the pace.
It looks like Estima might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Braulio Estima hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Estima misses with a low kick.
Estima drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Leikvold tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Estima remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Estima decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Estima is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Leikvold.
Leikvold could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Estima wants to clinch up but Leikvold keeps it at a distance.
Estima leaves Leikvold with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Estima shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Leikvold's guard.

so Estima counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Estima tries to stand but Leikvold is controlling from the bottom.

Estima wants to control from the top but Leikvold keeps moving.
Estima tries to free his leg and advance position but Leikvold is retaining full guard.

Braulio Estima has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Estima stuffs the takedown attempt from Leikvold. Leikvold gets slowly back to his feet.

Leikvold fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Estima avoids it really well and circles away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Leikvold stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Leikvold wants it to stay on the feet.

Bent Leikvold is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Leikvold has Estima pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Leikvold pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Estima tumbling to the mat - Leikvold dives into Estima's guard.

Leikvold avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Leikvold is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Estima is trying to control the position here. Leikvold has hold of a guillotine from the top though... oh, that looks naaaaasty, will Estima tap? Yes he will! The fight is all over! Leikvold jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd.
