The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Girl bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Girl wants to control but Understand is keeping him busy.
Understand is trying to strike from the bottom but Girl has passed into full mount.
Girl looking to control but Understand is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Understand has eaten all the pies!

Understand is in a horrible position here. Girl smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Understand defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Girl.

Girl is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Understand to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Understand shrugs it off.

Understand really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Girl. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Girl can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Understand is looking to escape.

Girl is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Understand is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Understand flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Girl anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Understand and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Girl slips an arm under Understand chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Girl has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Girl is squeezing on Understand like an anaconda would it's prey. Understand fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Barby Girl decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
