Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brett Davids (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raf Gon DIas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davids comes to the cage accompanied by "Sharp Dressed Man" by ZZ Top. Gon DIas has chosen Before I Forget as his entrance music. Raf Gon DIas will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davids gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Davids loads up on a big right hand but Gon DIas slips the punch.

Gon DIas uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Davids has time to react.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Gon DIas wants to get back to his feet but Davids drags him back down.

Davids tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Davids has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Davids swings around for an armbar but Gon DIas sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Davids's guard.

Gon DIas stands and steps away. Davids gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
