Jokinen's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Prodigy - Poison. Supernova is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Karma Police. Sunny Supernova has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jokinen throws a head kick but Supernova moves out of range.
A combination from Jokinen does no damage.
Supernova lands with a right hand.
Jokinen lands a really nice looking cross but Supernova seems unphased.
Supernova looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Supernova cracks Jokinen with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Supernova sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

A looping hook to the body misses from Supernova. Jokinen does a little dance to reset his feet.

Supernova throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The fighters circling - Supernova throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Supernova tests Jokinen's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Supernova connects with the punch.
Jokinen fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Supernova.
Supernova motions for Jokinen to come forward. Supernova throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Supernova moves out of range of the body kick.
Jokinen throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Supernova.

It looks like Sunny Supernova has been cut.
Jokinen fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Supernova has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Supernova lands a nice leg kick that just misses Jokinen's sensitive parts.
Supernova plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

Jokinen is rocked!

Supernova is looking to score with low kicks.
Oh Jokinen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jokinen buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Jokinen seems to have got his legs back now.

Jokinen pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
A decent looking cross lands there for Jokinen.
Jokinen darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Jokinen throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Supernova connects with a good right hand that stumbles Jokinen. Jokinen circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Jokinen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Supernova.
Supernova moves out of range as Jokinen throws a body kick.
Supernova's corner calls for a 1-2. Supernova obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

A clash of legs there as Jokinen blocks the low kick.
Supernova is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Jokinen had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Supernova works over Jokinen's head and body with a nice combination.

Jokinen catches Supernova with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

and Supernova comes in over the top with a devastating right hand! Jokinen stumbles back against the cage, looking to regain his senses but Supernova is on him like rabid pit bull! Jokinen slumps to the ground under a storm of punches and this fight is over!
