The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Alexander. Robertson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sloppy strikes from Robertson. Those never looked like landing.
Alexander dives in and grabs Robertson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Robertson pushes down on Alexander's head and hops out.
Robertson lands a body shot.
Robertson scores with a leg kick.
Alexander takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Peter Robertson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Robertson jabs Alexander right on the nose. Alexander blinks but takes it well.
A good leg kick by Robertson.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Alexander scores with a body shot.
Alexander shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Robertson as he jumps to the side.

Robertson misses with a double jab.

Robertson connects with a good right hand that stumbles Alexander. Alexander circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Robertson thumps Alexander with a low kick.
Robertson moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Alexander stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Robertson.
A solid leg kick lands there for Robertson.
Robertson lands with an uppercut that bounces Alexander off the cage and back into range.
Robertson connects with a body shot.
Alexander takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Robertson throws a front kick that sends Alexander stumbling back into the cage.
Robertson scores with a spinning back kick!
Robertson explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Alexander has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Robertson finds it's way round the side to connect with Alexander's head.
Robertson scores with a jab to the body.
Robertson scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
A decent looking cross lands there for Robertson.
Robertson works the jab nicely.

Alexander is rocked!
Robertson closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Alexander! Robertson dives in looking to finish! Alexander is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
