Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gradie Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Allah Habibi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Habibi throws a sloppy head kick and Freeman moves out of range easily.
Freeman fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Freeman avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Habibi tries to clinch but Freeman moves out of range.
Freeman misses with a wild combination.
Gradie Freeman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Habibi moves into the clinch.
Habibi lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

It looks like Gradie Freeman has been cut.
Habibi is pressed up against the cage. Freeman has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Habibi down to the mat. Habibi avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Freeman shoots in looking for a takedown. Habibi tries to sprawl out of it but Freeman keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Habibi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gradie Freeman. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Freeman moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

and Habibi counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Freeman is lucky that one didn't land flush.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Habibi tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Freeman manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Freeman misses with a double jab.
Freeman shoots in for a takedown but Habibi shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Habibi clinches up with Freeman and pushes him back against the cage.

Habibi lands a big knee! That's hurt Freeman! Oh, he's all over the place! Habibi lands another knee that sends Freeman to the floor and the referee steps in to end the fight!
