Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Knarles Grunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shawn Michaels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grunt kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is BLUNT- The Iron Maiden. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Michaels gets caught napping as Grunt dives in and scores a takedown. Michaels manages to retain guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Michaels holds on and takes a little breather.

Grunt drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Grunt jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Grunt drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Michaels manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Grunt has Michaels in his guard.

Michaels is trying to get back to his feet but Grunt has full control of the position and if anything, Michaels has just worked his way into a worse spot.
