The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ball takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Ball shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Power defends it nicely.
Power tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Ball shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Power as he avoids it easily.

Ball shoots in but Power avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Max Power has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Doctor Ball.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Power trying to keep a closed guard but Ball is proving a slippery customer.

Ball passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Power stops Ball from passing to mount.

Ball has hold of Power's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Power tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Ball cranks the arm and Power screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Power, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
