Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

With a record of 10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Datu I !
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Igor Prikhodko and Vladimir Khabensky.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Raptor really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The referee warns I that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

I is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

I gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Raptor is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because I is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

I has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Raptor can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Raptor got a little sloppy there for a moment and I has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Raptor has managed to get both his arms back between I 's legs - danger averted.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Raptor connects with a nice short shot to I 's temple.
Danny Raptor overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Raptor is nestled in close to I , controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

I 's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
