Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zika Das Zikas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lyoto Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Leandro Rodrigues and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Machida, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Das Zikas clinches up with Machida and pushes him back against the cage.
Machida pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Das Zikas lands a nice short elbow.

Das Zikas is keen to just control but Machida is a slippery customer.

Das Zikas will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Das Zikas seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Das Zikas knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Machida on the ground.
Machida has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Das Zikas. Oh but Machida has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Das Zikas goes limp - he's gone! Machida jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
