The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

L aspinatour closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Lumotuffio did well to prevent L aspinatour getting side control.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
L aspinatour throwing shots but Lumotuffio is blocking nicely.
Lumotuffio flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Lumotuffio wants to control but L aspinatour is keeping busy and won't allow it.

L aspinatour is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lumotuffio is just riding it out for now. L aspinatour eventually gives up the hold.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

L aspinatour looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Lumotuffio tries to kick L aspinatour off but L aspinatour keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

L aspinatour will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
L aspinatour tries to control but Lumotuffio wriggling away.

L aspinatour has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Lumotuffio's face.
