The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Griffin.
A punch combination from Maniche misses.
Maniche throws a right and a left that both miss.
Maniche tries to bum rush Griffin with a series of wild strikes but Griffin uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Maniche scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Maniche misses with a leg kick
and Griffin makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Maniche really felt that one!
Maniche looks gassed!
Griffin lands a big head kick that sends Maniche tumbling to the mat! Griffin takes a step backwards and waves Maniche back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Sam Maniche has been cut.

Griffin lands with a good body shot.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Griffin! Maniche is out on his feet! Griffin rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Maniche is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Maniche is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
