The judges for this bout are William Peck, Trevor Gratis and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice leg kick lands there from Cook.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Barnes stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Barnes smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Barnes takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Cook moves in looking to clinch but Barnes pushes him off.
Barnes has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Cook.
Barnes throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Cook throws a series of punches but Barnes moves out of range.
Cook bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Cook throws a hook to the side of Barnes's head but Barnes sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Cook throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Barnes's head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Barnes throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Barnes's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Barnes is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Barnes uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Cook.
Cook lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
