Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mogul Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sheamus Noonan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sheamus Noonan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
14 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Mogul Khan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sheamus Noonan!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Winston Howard and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan shoots in for a takedown but Noonan shows good takedown defense.
Khan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Noonan doesn't manage to clinch there - Khan circles away.
Noonan cracks Khan with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Khan misses the shot to the body.
Noonan tries to work over Khan's front leg with a kick but Khan checks it.
Khan throws a hook but Noonan blocks it.

A looping hook to the body misses from Noonan. Khan does a little dance to reset his feet.

Khan shoots in looking for a takedown but Noonan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Khan's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Khan jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Noonan walks away with a smile on his face. Khan gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Both fighters circling a little - Noonan finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Noonan bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Oh Khan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Noonan tries to clinch up but Khan circles away and keeps his distance.
Khan seems to have got his legs back now.
Noonan lands with a hook. Khan tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Noonan throws a body kick that misses.
Khan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Noonan circles away.
Khan has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Noonan.
Khan looks to land a combination but Noonan avoids it well.
Noonan lands a right hook to the body.
Khan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Noonan sprawls well. Noonan wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Khan gets slowly back to his feet.

and Noonan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Khan just misses with a punch to the body.
Noonan slaps away a takedown attempt from Khan, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Noonan clinches up with Khan and pushes him back against the cage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Noonan jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Khan. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Noonan creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Khan's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Khan drops to his knees and Noonan pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
