Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kampay Opay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martijn Walvoord (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Opay comes to the cage accompanied by Release me. Walvoord has chosen Eternity as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Opay fails with the takedown
and Walvoord counters with a nice body kick.
Opay tries to score a power double leg takedown but Walvoord sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Opay somewhat.
Opay takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Walvoord is looking to land body kicks.
A bone on bone clash there as Opay blocks the leg kick.

Opay gets a takedown into half guard.
Walvoord trying to control from the bottom.
Opay throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Opay wants to pass the guard but Walvoord is keeping the position.
Opay is pushing down on Walvoord's leg trying to pass to half guard. Walvoord is fighting to maintain full guard but Opay has managed to sneak the leg through.
Opay has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Walvoord can do anything to dispel that myth.
Opay slips a nice elbow through Walvoord's hands, connecting with Walvoord's forehead.

It looks like Martijn Walvoord has been cut.
Opay drops an elbow to the side of Walvoord's head.

Opay lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Walvoord! Opay sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Walvoord and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
