Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ikky Alvarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damian Wolfe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ikky Alvarez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Damian Wolfe!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Gregory Folan and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alvarez shoots in looking for a takedown but Wolfe manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Alvarez's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Alvarez tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Wolfe manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Alvarez jumps guard and drags Wolfe to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Wolfe thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Alvarez can't keep his opponent in guard - Wolfe advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Alvarez works his way to full guard. Good work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wolfe stands up from Alvarez's guard - Wolfe perhaps looking for a knockout.
Wolfe lands a jab to the head.

Alvarez fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Alvarez shoots in for a double leg but Wolfe sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Wolfe fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Alvarez keeps the fight on the outside.
Wolfe swats away the attempt to clinch by Alvarez.
Alvarez tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wolfe paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A looping hook to the body misses from Wolfe. Alvarez does a little dance to reset his feet.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Wolfe enables Alvarez to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Wolfe manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Alvarez working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Alvarez drops back, looking for a kneebar! Wolfe looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Wolfe looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Wolfe!
Alvarez is trying to work for a sweep but Wolfe has mounted him!

Alvarez is in all sorts of trouble here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Alvarez is breathing heavily.
Wolfe lands a nice shot to the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wolfe controlling from the full mount.
Wolfe with shots to the head and body - Alvarez looks very uncomfortable down there.
Wolfe tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Wolfe cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Alvarez is rocked!

Oh Alvarez is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Alvarez seems to have got his legs back now.
A nice elbow there by Wolfe.
Oooooh, big shot lands for Wolfe! Alvarez is hurt baaadly! Wolfe is firing away with more strikes - Alvarez is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
