Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Takeshi Miyamoto!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Forza Gr!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Ren Mimura and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gr attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

Miyamoto takes the fight into the clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Miyamoto takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Gr is trying to force a seperation but Miyamoto has the dominant position.
Miyamoto has Gr pushed against the cage.
Miyamoto is pressed up against the cage. Gr has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Miyamoto down to the mat. Miyamoto avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Gr swinging wildly here.
Miyamoto misses with a hook.
Gr takes a swing at Miyamoto's ribcage but misses.
Gr shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Gr with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Miyamoto to score with a decent uppercut.

A left lands for Miyamoto.
Miyamoto has a takedown stuffed.
Miyamoto throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Gr doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Gr misses with a low kick.

Gr throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Miyamoto was covering up waiting for the punch and Gr finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Gr in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Gr throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Miyamoto works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Miyamoto will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Miyamoto looking to hit a scissor sweep but Gr is one step ahead there.

Miyamoto lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Gr!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Miyamoto looking to secure an arm triangle but Gr defends it well.
Gr tries to lock up and control but Miyamoto gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Miyamoto fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

It looks like Forza Gr has been cut.
Miyamoto thowing shots but they're missing.
Miyamoto looking to finish with strikes here!

Miyamoto lands a heavy elbow.
Miyamoto throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
Miyamoto misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Gr wants to hold on but Miyamoto pushes him away.
Gr is trying to escape the mount.
Miyamoto lands with some strikes.

That has opened up Forza Gr's cut even more.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Miyamoto can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Gr is looking to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gr holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Miyamoto tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Gr wants to control but Miyamoto is having none of it.
Miyamoto wants to control the pace but Gr is squirming around nicely.
Gr is bucking up trying to escape but Miyamoto cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The cut man is working on Forza Gr's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Miyamoto tests Gr's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Gr dives in and grabs Miyamoto's left leg, looking for a takedown. Miyamoto pushes down on Gr's head and hops out.
Gr tries to score a power double leg takedown but Miyamoto sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gr somewhat.
Gr takes one to the chin there.

The cut above Forza Gr's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Gr drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
A punch combination from Gr misses.
Gr throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Gr shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Miyamoto scores with a one two! Gr had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Gr stuffs the takedown.
Miyamoto lands a nice shot that snaps Gr's head back.
Good standup being displayed there by Gr as he connects with a hook.
Miyamoto scores with a jab to the body.
Miyamoto is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Miyamoto comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Gr is breathing heavily.
Miyamoto scores with a hook to the body. Gr takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Gr throws a lazy uppercut
and Miyamoto counters with a nice body shot.
Miyamoto lands a jab.

Forza Gr's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
