House is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Taylor feints and as House raises his hands in defense, Taylor changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

House has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Taylor can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Taylor seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Taylor really doesn't want to stay on the ground with House. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Taylor keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of House's head.

House postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Taylor is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of House, into his guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Taylor connects with a nice short shot to House's temple.
