Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cristian Wido (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Royce SilvA (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wido kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is UFC. Royce SilvA has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
SilvA shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Wido as he jumps to the side.
Wido tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but SilvA paws at him with a jab and circles away.
SilvA avoids the head kick by Wido.
SilvA fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Wido wants to clinch.
Wido misses with a takedown attempt

so SilvA counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Wido trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Wido knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for SilvA on the ground.
SilvA stands and throws Wido's legs to the side, diving into side control.
SilvA has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Wido is looking to get to half guard.

SilvA is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Wido is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Wido flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. SilvA anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Wido and secures both hooks! This could be bad! SilvA slips an arm under Wido chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. SilvA has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. SilvA is squeezing on Wido like an anaconda would it's prey. Wido fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
