Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hailong Wang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teppo Peppo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Teppo Peppo will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wang throws a big shot that misses.
Peppo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A swing and a miss from Wang.
Wang throws a hook to the side of Peppo's head but Peppo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Peppo thows a body shot but no joy.
Hailong Wang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Peppo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wang paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Peppo gets cracked there but stands up to it.

It looks like Teppo Peppo has been cut.
Wang throws out a loose jab but Peppo uses good head movement to avoid it.

Wang misses with a looping left.
Wang cracks Peppo with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Wang throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Peppo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Wang is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Peppo gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Wang is trying to force a seperation but Peppo has the dominant position.

Peppo has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Wang uses from the top position.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Peppo bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Wang's guard.
Peppo slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
It looks like Peppo might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Let's hope that Peppo has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Peppo is on top in guard.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Peppo in particular looking to stall.

That was a close round but I would say that Hailong Wang will probably get the nod.
