Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tiger Bear!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Janos Prohaska!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Trevor Gratis and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prohaska shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bear as he jumps to the side.
Bear throws a hook but Prohaska avoids it easily.
Prohaska throws a right and a left that Bear avoids nicely.
Prohaska throws a jab but it's blocked by Bear.
Prohaska scores with a nice right hand.
Prohaska attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Bear scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Bear thows a left - swing and a miss!
Prohaska misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Prohaska has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bear.
Bear misses with a series of wild punches.
Prohaska throws a head kick that misses.
Tiger Bear is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Bear throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Bear throws a right and a left that Prohaska avoids nicely.
Prohaska checks the leg kick nicely there.
Nice defenses there by Prohaska.
Prohaska thows a body shot but no joy.
Prohaska tries to work over Bear's front leg with a kick but Bear checks it.
Prohaska's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Prohaska duly obliges.
Prohaska stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Bear.
Bear is looking to slow Prohaska down with leg kicks.
Prohaska throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

and Bear counters with an outside leg kick.

Bear fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Prohaska checks it well.
Prohaska takes a swing at Bear's ribcage but misses.
Bear with a nice cross.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Prohaska makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Bear throws a hook but Prohaska blocks it.
Bear connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Prohaska's hands.

A punch combination from Prohaska misses.
Prohaska checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
A clash of legs there as Prohaska blocks the low kick.
Prohaska displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

Prohaska dodges the punch combination from Bear.
Prohaska takes one to the side of the head.
Bear misses with a hook.
Prohaska wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Prohaska closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bear circles away.
Bear scores with a jab.
Prohaska checks a low kick from Bear.
Bear loads up on a big right hand but Prohaska slips the punch.
Prohaska avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Prohaska fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bear manages to avoid it.

Prohaska throws a leg kick
enabling Bear to counter with a crisp jab.
Bear misses with a straight right.
Prohaska throws a body punch but Bear moves out of range.
Prohaska shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bear defends it nicely.
Tiger Bear has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Janos Prohaska.
A lazy left from Bear finds it's target.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Prohaska throws a right and a left that both miss.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bear stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bear wants it to stay on the feet.
Prohaska checks a leg kick.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tiger Bear dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Prohaska throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bear's waist but Bear gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Prohaska off to one side.
Prohaska tries a head kick but it misses.
Prohaska takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Bear defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Prohaska.
Prohaska throws a jab but it's blocked by Bear.
A left lands for Bear.


It looks like Janos Prohaska has been cut.
Bear lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Tiger Bear is winning the standup battle so far.
Bear lands with an overhand left.
Prohaska ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bear moves away.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bear swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Bear misses with a low kick.
Prohaska misses with a wild body shot.

Prohaska lands a nice hook to Bear's body. Bear takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Prohaska shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.


Prohaska is rocked!
Tiger Bear is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Sloppy strikes from Bear. Those never looked like landing.
The fighters circling - Bear throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Prohaska throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Bear tries to work over Prohaska's front leg with a kick but Prohaska checks it.

Bear pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Bear closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Prohaska is still on wobbly legs! Can Bear finish him?
Prohaska walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Prohaska limp body while Bear jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Tiger Bear!
