Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jamsha Gonzales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arnold Drummond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arnold Drummond will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jamsha Gonzales!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Arnold Drummond!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Radbod Blank and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drummond fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gonzales manages to avoid it.
Gonzales misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Drummond.
Drummond keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Gonzales shoots in for a takedown but Drummond shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Gonzales.

Jamsha Gonzales seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gonzales takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Arnold Drummond is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Gonzales needs to keep his hands up - Drummond had a free shot at his head there.
Drummond turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Drummond.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Gonzales. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Both fighters circling a little - Drummond finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Good leg kick by Drummond there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Gonzales takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Drummond lands with a hook. Gonzales tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Drummond lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Gonzales is rocked!
Gonzales steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Drummond. That one must have hurt.
Drummond misses with a series of wild punches.
Gonzales with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Drummond to score with a decent uppercut.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Gonzales really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Gonzales might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

and Drummond counters with a nice low kick that buckles Gonzales's knee momentarily.
Gonzales's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Drummond connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Gonzales scrambles back to his feet.
Drummond lands with a kick to the temple. Gonzales shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Oh Gonzales is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
