Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jan Sobieski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yossi Avitan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sobieski's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Kto Cię Obroni Polsko. Avitan has chosen Tagidi Li Masheu as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Avitan misses with a hook. Sobieski ducked under it nicely.

Avitan gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Sobieski to score an easy takedown into full guard.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Sobieski moves out of range of the body kick from Avitan.
Sobieski shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Avitan pinned against the ropes. Avitan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Sobieski is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Avitan can do to turn this around?
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Avitan crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Sobieski - the referee stops the clock and Avitan gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Sobieski. Avitan manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Avitan takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Sobieski shoots in looking for a takedown but Avitan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sobieski's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Sobieski finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Avitan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sobieski throws a low kick but it's checked well by Avitan.

A punch lands to the side of Sobieski 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Sobieski throws an overhand right that lands on Avitan's shoulder, as Avitan tries to avoid the shot.
Avitan misses with an uppercut

and Sobieski counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Avitan's guard now.
Sobieski is pushing down on Avitan's leg trying to pass to half guard. Avitan is fighting to maintain full guard but Sobieski has managed to sneak the leg through.

Sobieski is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Avitan defends it well.
Sobieski working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Sobieski has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
