Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stanko Velilkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glenn Roberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Glenn Roberts was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Roberts manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Velilkov lands a nice hook to Roberts's body. Roberts takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

and Roberts counters with a nice uppercut.
Velilkov looks to land a combination. Roberts sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

It looks like Glenn Roberts has been cut.

Nice uppercut lands for Velilkov. That snapped Roberts's head back.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Velilkov holds on and takes a little breather.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Stanko Velilkov wasn't doing enough on the ground.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Velilkov shoots for a double leg takedown but Roberts sprawls well. He's pushed Velilkov's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Velilkov circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Roberts drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Velilkov follows Roberts to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
