The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams moves to clinch but Sedgewick breaks away
and Sedgewick holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Williams stops a takedown attempt from Sedgewick.
Sedgewick tries to land knees in the clinch but Williams avoids the damage to the body.
Williams working hard to break the clinch.
Sedgewick has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Williams clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Williams looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands.
Will Sedgewick go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Williams takes a big shot to the side of the head.
Sedgewick is cranking Williams's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Williams! He's tightened the choke and Williams is tapping out!
