Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mo Kendo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Jooginz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jooginz has chosen Break some shit as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mo Kendo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andrew Jooginz!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Cecil Peabody and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kendo looks to clinch
and Jooginz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Kendo uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jooginz.
Jooginz circles away from the clinch attempt
and Jooginz counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Nice shot lands for Jooginz.
Jooginz dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Kendo goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

and Kendo takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jooginz closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Kendo quickly recovers to half guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Jooginz got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kendo has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Jooginz has managed to get both his arms back between Kendo's legs - danger averted.

Andrew Jooginz showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!


Kendo closes the distance but Jooginz moves to the side
and Jooginz counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Kendo thinking.
Jooginz takes a swing at Kendo's ribcage but misses.
Kendo throws a left and a right that both miss
and Jooginz counters with a one-two to the body.
Kendo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jooginz shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kendo sprawls well. Kendo wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jooginz gets slowly back to his feet.

Kendo moves to clinch but Jooginz breaks away
and Jooginz counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Kendo closes the distance and pushes Jooginz back into the cage.

With the fighters up against the cage, Kendo throws an elbow but misses.

Mo Kendo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andrew Jooginz.

Jooginz has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
