Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ray Zalinski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Monferrand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Zalinski might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to We Don't Need Another Hero. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monferrand fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Monferrand shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Zalinski but Zalinski pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Zalinski darts in and clinches Monferrand up against the cage.
Monferrand tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Zalinski smiles and moves away.

Zalinski seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.
