He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Russel dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ransel looks gassed!
Russel misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A shot to the liver by Russel. Beautiful body shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A slapping leg kick lands for Russel.
Russel looks for the body kick but Ransel saw that one coming.
Ransel avoids a punch combination nicely.
Russel fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ransel manages to avoid it.
Russel throws a front kick that sends Ransel stumbling back into the cage.

Russel sends Ransel crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Russel is motioning to the referee to let Ransel up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Brock Ransel has been cut.
Russel throws a quick inside leg kick.
Ransel is still on wobbly legs! Can Russel finish him?

Russel lands an uppercut, right on the button! Ransel tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
