Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shackeel Oneal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bryan Baker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bryan Baker has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Shackeel Oneal!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bryan Baker!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Daniel Blasius and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Baker closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Baker lands in his opponent's guard.
Oneal is looking to stand up but Baker isn't so interested in that idea.
Baker stays in close to Oneal's body and controls the position.
Baker tries to free his leg and advance position but Oneal is retaining full guard.
Baker showing good wrestling skills to control the position.

Bryan Baker has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Baker.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Oneal closes the distance and pushes Baker back into the cage.

Baker's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Oneal showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Baker.
Baker shoots in looking for a takedown. Oneal tries to sprawl out of it but Baker keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Oneal manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Oneal.
Baker is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Oneal tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Oneal wants to control but Baker is keeping him busy.
Baker sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Oneal wants to take a breather but Baker is having none of it.
Oneal prevents Baker from improving his position.

Oneal is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Oneal scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Baker has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Oneal is working away from the top position though.
Baker wants to get back to full guard.
Oneal trying to control the action but Baker is working from the bottom.
Baker is looking for a sweep. Oneal is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Oneal not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Baker is refusing to be controlled, as Oneal sits in half guard.

Oneal is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Baker defends it well.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Baker is trying to get back to full guard.
Baker is trying to maintain the position but Oneal is very close to passing his half guard.
Oneal is keen to just control but Baker is a slippery customer.
Oneal throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Oneal prevents Baker from improving his position.
Baker keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
Oneal trying to mount his opponent but Baker defends it.
Baker wants to improve his position but Oneal is controlling well.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Oneal landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Oneal thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Baker manages to get to full guard.
Baker looking to control.
Oneal will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Baker is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Oneal content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Baker looking to control.
Oneal working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Baker keeping moving, preventing Oneal from controlling successfully.
Baker working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Oneal.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Shackeel Oneal dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Baker's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Baker duly obliges.

Oneal moves into range and clinches up with Baker.

Baker pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Oneal takes the fight into the clinch.

Oneal gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Baker regains guard.
Baker not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Baker is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Baker working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Oneal.

Oneal drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Oneal jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Baker is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Baker has control of Oneal's left arm, preventing Oneal from doing any damage.
Oneal postures up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Baker looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Baker throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Baker is breathing heavily.

Baker looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Baker working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Oneal doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oneal manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Oneal stands up over Baker, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Oneal wants to control from the top but Baker keeps moving.
Oneal connects with a couple of short punches.

Oneal is sitting in close to Baker's body. Baker has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Oneal is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Oneal is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Baker.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:03 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Bryan Baker!
