The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Santos moves into the clinch successfully.
Dos Santos has had enough of the clinch but Ngata keeps him there for the moment.
Dos Santos looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Ngata has clasped his hands together around Dos Santos's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Dos Santos parries the strikes from Ngata easily there. Ngata is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Dos Santos to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
An elbow from Ngata crashes against the mat.

Ngata misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Ngata is chipping away with strikes.

Ngata cracks Dos Santos with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Ngata immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Dos Santos is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Ngata!
