Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Trip Kenzie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and peter Tremain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
17 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Trip Kenzie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, peter Tremain!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Andrew Berry and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tremain shoots in looking for a takedown. Kenzie tries to sprawl out of it but Tremain keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kenzie manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Kenzie shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Tremain but Tremain pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Tremain is looking to clinch.
Tremain slips a straight right by Kenzie.
Tremain drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Kenzie is trying to control Tremain's posture but Tremain avoids it.
Tremain decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Kenzie tries to clinch but Tremain is having none of it.

Tremain is trying to control the action in half guard but Kenzie is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Tremain is taking a breather. Kenzie says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Tremain tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
Tremain tries to pass the half guard into mount. Kenzie knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Kenzie is not content to let Tremain control the position.

Kenzie shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tremain as he avoids it easily.

Kenzie rushes Tremain and presses him up against the cage.

Kenzie gets to his feet. Tremain looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Kenzie takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Kenzie gets caught flat footed, as Tremain shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Kenzie is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Kenzie wants to stand and escape but Tremain is having none of it.
Tremain wants to control from the top but Kenzie keeps moving.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kenzie is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Tremain lands with a slapping head kick.

Tremain tries to pull guard but Kenzie holds him up against the cage and eventually Tremain drops back down to his feet.
Kenzie tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Tremain is trying to break the clinch but Kenzie is controlling him.

Tremain bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Tremain throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kenzie's waist but Kenzie gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tremain off to one side.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Kenzie. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Horrible takedown by Kenzie or perhaps it was just good defense by Tremain which made him look bad.

Well Tremain has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
