The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rygar gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Black counters with a nice double leg into side control. Rygar won't be happy with that.
Rygar gets back to half guard.
Black really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rygar. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Black thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Rygar manages to get to full guard.
Rygar preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Black stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Rygar has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Black manages to get his head free but now Rygar has transitioned to an armbar! Black grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Rygar! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
