Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wood connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Wood pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Babu back to the cage. Wood follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Babu scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Wood doesn't seem bothered though.
Babu shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Wood as he avoids it easily.

Wood wants to stand and escape but Babu is having none of it.

Babu has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Babu is standing up over Wood. Wood looks to escape but Babu dives into side control.

Babu goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Wood has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Babu but great work by Wood.

Babu is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Wood pulls his head out easily.

Babu fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Wood avoids it really well and circles away.
Babu is trying hard to land a takedown here. Wood sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Wood throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Wood lands a big head kick that sends Babu tumbling to the mat! Wood takes a step backwards and waves Babu back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Babu seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Wood shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Babu is backing up but Wood catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Babu covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Wood Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
