Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gil Hernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas Redgrave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hernandez comes to the cage accompanied by Requiem for a Dream by Lux Aeterna. Thomas Redgrave will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Thomas Redgrave!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Hugh Johnson and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hernandez tries to score a power double leg takedown but Redgrave sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hernandez somewhat.
Hernandez bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Hernandez tries for a kimura but Redgrave is defending well.
Hernandez advances to full mount.
Redgrave blocking the ground and pound.
Redgrave is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Redgrave is squirming around, avoiding Hernandez's attempts to control the action.
Hernandez lands a big elbow.
Hernandez throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Hernandez working for a submission but Redgrave is keeping him at bay.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hernandez thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Hernandez lands with some strikes.
Redgrave really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hernandez. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hernandez is working for a guillotine from mount but Redgrave frees his head quite easily.
Hernandez working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Redgrave looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Hernandez! Submission of the night perhaps?
