Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bj Becks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Riaan Geingob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Geingob has chosen Oficina G3 - Meus Proprios Meios as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Anthony Taglia and John Roberts.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Becks on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Becks closes the distance and clinches.
Becks goes for a takedown in the clinch but Geingob prevents it.
Becks can't get the takedown.
Becks manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Becks can't get the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bj Becks. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Becks has Geingob pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Geingob manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Becks breaks from the clinch.
Becks shoots for a takedown but Geingob saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Geingob throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Becks wants to slow Geingob down by chopping away at his legs.
Geingob stuffs the takedown.
Becks shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Geingob pinned against the cage. Geingob gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Becks takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Bj Becks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Becks tries to close the distance and clinch but Geingob swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Geingob scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Becks.
Geingob throws a head kick that Becks semi-blocks.
Becks on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Geingob misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Geingob fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Becks has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Geingob stalks Becks and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Becks's face. Becks staggers backwards, shaken.
Becks's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Becks duly obliges.
Geingob dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Geingob tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Geingob throws a nice head kick!
Becks throws a leg kick
and Geingob finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Geingob throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Becks.
Good exchange - Geingob coming out on top.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Becks lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Geingob leaves Becks with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Geingob connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Becks throws a left and a right that both miss
and Geingob counters with a head kick.
Geingob punishes Becks's body with a nice straight punch.
Geingob scores with a nice strike.
Becks walks into a left hand.
Geingob feints a jab promting Becks to slip. Geingob then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Becks slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Becks is rocked!
Geingob closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Becks! Geingob dives in looking to finish! Becks is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
