Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jon Mirasty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trent Severn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Severn has chosen White Zombie - Electric Head: The Extasy (Pt 2) as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Severn fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Mirasty checks it well.
Severn gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Mirasty dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Mirasty shoots in for a takedown but Severn shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Mirasty throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

That's time! Mirasty's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Severn will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Mirasty drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Severn manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Mirasty has Severn in his guard.
