Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jacques Robert (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Schecter Engl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Engl has chosen Trafalgar - Requiem for the Last King as his entrance music. Schecter Engl has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robert with a lazy takedown attempt
and Engl counters with a nice uppercut.
Engl smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Robert gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Engl counters by clinching up.
Engl gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Robert.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jacques Robert. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Engl lands a right hand that snaps the head of Robert backwards.
Engl breaks from the clinch.
Engl tries to bum rush Robert with a series of wild strikes but Robert uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Engl moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Robert fails with the takedown
and Engl counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Robert shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Engl counters with a one-two to the body.

and Engl counters with a straight right hand.
Engl lands a hook that stumbles Robert back into the ropes. Engl follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Robert to the canvas! Engl pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Robert has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
